Today, youth from 24 counties attend summer camp at Cherry Lake, new state council officers train here, and delegations from South Florida stop in on their way to Tallahassee for 4-H Day at the Capitol. FLORIDA 4-H CAMP CHERRY LAKE CHALLENGEDr. Marilyn Norman, retired Florida 4-H State Program Leader and National 4-H Hall of Fame inductee, will match all gifts made to 4-H Camp Cherry Lake dollar for dollar up to $1,000.
Stand Up & Holler is UF’s third annual giving day, a full 24-hour fundraising event, calling on all University of Florida alumni, students, faculty, staff, families and friends to come together to support UF and all of its areas of positive impact in our state, nation and world. The event takes place on Feb. 18, 2021, beginning at 12 a.m. EST and concluding at 11:59 p.m. PST.
Our goal is 20,000 gifts in 24 hours. Gifts can be directed to the school, department, research initiative, campus activity, UF program or an area of greatest need that means the most to you.
