Today 24 counties summer camp at Cherry Lake, new state council officers train here, and delegations from South Florida will stop in on their way to Tallahassee for 4-H Day at the Capitol. FLORIDA 4-H CAMP CHERRY LAKE CHALLENGEGifts to 4-H Camp Cherry Lake in Madison, FL will be matched dollar for dollar up to $1,000 by Morris and Judy Steen. Morris is a 4-H alumnus who attended Cherry Lake, and current member of the Florida 4-H Foundation Board of Directors.
Stand Up & Holler is UF’s second annual giving day, a full 24-hour fundraising event, calling on all University of Florida alumni, students, faculty, staff, families and friends to come together to support UF and all of its areas of positive impact in our state, nation and world. The event takes place on Feb. 20, 2020, beginning at 12 a.m. EST and concluding at 11:59 p.m. PST.
Our goal is 15,000 gifts in 24 hours. Gifts can be directed to the school, department, research initiative, campus activity, UF program or an area of greatest need that means the most to you.
